By filling out this form, you are registering your team to participate in the game show on TV to win one million dollars.
Each contestant MUST have a business sponsor (except the team leader). Space is limited. Reserve your spot now!
Contestants that can't find business sponsors may raise funds to cover the sponsorship cost.

First Place Prize: $1,000,000
Second Place Prize: $500,000
Third Place Prize: $300,000
Fourth Place Prize: $200,000
Prizes will be disbursed in lump sum to the winners immediately after the last episode of the game show.
